Signing Up

How do I create an account?

If you don't have a Phigit account yet, head to: http://phigit.com/users/login

You can use your email address, G+ account, or even connect through Facebook. Signing up and creating an Phigit account is totally free, whether you're looking to sell or buy an advertisement!

After you sign up, please be sure to complete your profile.

Can Phigit deactivate my account?

Phigit may limit, suspend, or deactivate your account, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

• Your account may be temporarily deactivated due to your response rate. To reactivate your account in this case, please follow the steps in the email you received. If you are unable to download one of our mobile applications (a possible requirement to reactivate), please contact us.
• In an effort to foster a trustworthy community and uphold the Terms and Conditions, your account may be deactivated during a review of Phigit accounts. The following may occur with or without notifying you directly:

Your account can be deactivated or suspended; you may not be able to access the platform, your account or content, or receive assistance from Phigit Customer Experience.

Any upcoming pending or accepted reservations you have as either host or guest can be canceled; you may not be entitled to any compensation for the purchased advertisements that were canceled as a result of your suspension. We also may:

• Communicate to the appropriate seller or buyer that their reservation was canceled.
• Refund buyers in full, regardless of the cancellation policy.
• Contact buyers about alternative advertising spaces that may be available.

How do I cancel my account?

Should you decide you’d like to cancel your Phigit account or reopen the account, you need to contact us.

Settings & Password

How do I reset my password?

• Forgotten password: if you cannot log in to your Phigit account, please visit http://phigit.com/users/forgot_password. Enter the email address you use for Phigit, and you’ll be emailed a link to reset your password. If you forgot your password and you’re already logged in to Phigit, first log out of your account, then click on the link.
• Change password: you can change your password from your Account > Settings then click on the gear on the upper right and choose Change Password. In order to change your password to a new password, you need to know your current password.
• Facebook login: if you created a Phigit account by connecting to Facebook, you were not required to create a password. You can continue to log in via Facebook. If you’d like to create a Phigit password, first log out of your Phigit account, then follow the steps as if you forgot your password. Once you create an Phigit password, you’ll no longer be able to sign in using Facebook (but you'll still be connected to Facebook in your Phigit account). Instead, you can simply use your email address and newly-created password.

How do I change the email address I use for Phigit?

To change the email address you use on Phigit:

• Click your icon in the top-right corner of phigit.com
• Select Account Settings
• Next to Email Address, enter the email address you want to use
• Click Update at the bottom of the page

Your email address can only be associated with one Phigit account at a time. If you get a notification that your email address is already in use but you can't remember your password for that account, you might need to change your password.

Notifications

Why didn't I receive my email notification or verification email?

We're sorry to hear you missed a message from us! First, make sure your email address is accurately listed in your Phigit account:

• Click your icon in the top-right corner of phigit.com
• Select Account Settings
• Look for Email Address, make sure your address is correct, and update it if necessary

It's also possible your email provider mistakenly marked our emails as spam and sent them to your spam or junk folder. You can help avoid this by removing our messages from your spam list.
